		JewelCAD version 5.1 (update 13) is now available. It is a bugs fixed version of previous version 5.1 (update 12) and with enhanced functions. This update version can support the USB or Parallel type dongle in MS Windows 32-bit or 64-bit Vista, Windows 7, 8 and 10. New features in this version can be found in the following release notes. For Installation Type, select "Standalone". Then press "Begin Install" to start the installation. Finally, press "Close" to finish the setup. 6. Plug the USB dongle into the USB Port of your PC after the software setup. Software drivers for the USB lock will be installed automatically.
